HyFlex Classroom

College of the Canyons has joined the movement to introduce a hybrid learning environment for on-prem students and off-site students.

( A similar guide is printed in each room that contains HyFlex equipment. )

HyFlex rooms contain:

HyFlex AV Control Panel (7" touch screen)

Seven inch touch panel to control AV equipment.

A 7" touch-panel on the desk will POWER ON and POWER OFF the equipment.

Power the computer on, or restart it, to initiate a signal to this equipment.

Press Power On to turn on the projector.

Press Confidence Monitor to turn on the TV.

Select Video Mute to disable the projector in the ceiling.

Select Privacy to mute the microphone in the ceiling.

Press Power Off to turn all AV Equipment off.

Select a Preset to move the position of the ceiling camera

1) Instructor Desk
2) Wide-Angle
3) Unique Location to each room

Select Smart Frame to enable camera tracking.

Select the 4-arrows icon to move the ceiling camera manually.

Select PC, Laptop, or AirMedia to change the source to display on the projector.
